Earth is a planet in the Milky Way Galaxy, the third planet closest to the sun in the solar system. It is the only known planet within the solar system to have intelligent life and one satellite moon.

The Fantastic Four[]
During an experiment at the Von Doom Industries Space Station on cosmic energy, the Fantastic Four and Victor Von Doom were caught off guard by the early arrival of the cloud and exposed to the cosmic energy radiation. After returning to Earth, the five developed extraordinary powers as a result of the cosmic radiation altering their DNA.
Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer[]
Earth was later visited by the Silver Surfer as a potential planet to be devoured by the world-devouring Galactus, but is stopped by the Fantastic Four and the Silver Surfer after he is convinced to turn against his master to protect the planet instead.
